what is your pricing?
Rates and collections vary by location and the type of coverage you are looking for. We create custom collections for most clients, which is something we can do for you as well! Please get in touch with us so we can provide you a custom quote..
do you edit all of your photographs and videos?
Photos -Yes, we do! Every image that you receive has been hand-edited through our 5 phases of editing, without mass-production.
Videos – videos gets edited with cinematic grading (colures) and music of your choice.
what is your turnaround time to receive our photographs and videos?
Photos – Within four to six weeks of the wedding date.
Videos – Is generally six to eight weeks after we received all the music instruction and songs collection from you.
Digital download delivery is available upon request.
how many pictures will we be receiving?
We don’t have set number of photos.There are various factors to consider that will affect the amount of images we include. Some of those factors are the length of coverage, type of event, the number of guests, etc. A typical eight hour day with a second photographer it can range from 500+ images, but those numbers may vary depending on the day.
do we get to keep digital files?
You will be provided with the selected edited high-resolution digital files. Atwal Creation Photography retains the copyright to the images and the right to use them for promotional purposes, competition, professional review, and so on.
do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, we don’t. With our expertise of processing thousands of images each year, we may eliminate the ones that are duplicates, out of focus, eyes are closed, flash didn’t fire or a person blocking the picture. The images not selected aren’t archived and therefore aren’t available.
do you offer review for photos and videos?
In the event you are not satisfied with provided work, one revision for both photos and video is with no charge, however, for the second revision of work additional charges apply and will be mentioned in the contract.
(a) In regards to first revision of highlights video – Given you have provided the songs minor changes removing the clips or movements of clips maximum of 3 changes are free of charge.
(b) If you decide to change the selected song, this is a major change because this will be considered as making a new highlights video then additional is with no charge, however, for the second revision of work additional charges apply and will be mentioned in the contract.
(c) if you are still keeping the same song but your changes are above 3 changes and increase the length of highlights by 1 minute more to provide highlights then additional is with no charge, however, for the second revision of work additional charges apply and will be mentioned in the contract.
We have been in business since 2014 and wow what a journey it has been!
All professional Canon, Nikon and Lumix equipment and always carrying backups for everything. All our cameras have dual memory card slots to keep dual copies of your images. We use Sony CF cards, which are known for its quality and reliability. We provide the necessary lighting required to cover the event and the photoshoot. For lighting we use Godox and LED Video lights help us create the stuffiest lighting for event .
A 30% of the total booking is due as a booking deposit to reserve your date. Another 50% of the balance due on the wedding day or within a week after the wedding date. A balance of 20% is due once you received all the final products of photos and videos.
The deposit fee is non-refundable. The deposit guarantees that we hold the date exclusively for you and turn down all other commissions for that date.
We accept bookings on a first come/first serve basis. To be fair with all our potential clients we can’t hold a date without a deposit.
Due to the limited weddings/photo-shoots we take each year and to avoid the dates getting booked up we recommend as soon as possible. Most clients book us 6 months in advance for wedding.
Yes. It’s very important to us that we capture both your immediate families and any other important family members.
